Pufferfish, the viral marketing company behind the Timothée Chalamet lookalike contest, is launching a show. Last July, an account by the name of @johnchungus27 started posting videos of a charming Long Island man touching grass for 1 second for each follower he gained. He quickly gained a massive following of over half a million people. His touching grass series culminated into an event in central park where attendees touched grass IRL with Mr. Chungus. Pufferfish was behind the scenes the whole time. Now, they are launching The John Chungus Show where John will become friends with a new celebrity in each episode and (allegedly) touch some grass. The first episode featuring Andrew Barth Feldman goes live today on YouTube at 5pm EST. Find him on Instagram and TikTok as well.

Slow Is Serious is the new limited series from sneaker company echos above. Each episode features a different shoe from their AllDay collection, weaved beautifully into a small, beautifully shot story about two lovers on slow, pensive dates.

As we mentioned in our first issue, we work on an app for showrunners called typo. If you’re tired of duct-taping together iMessage, Slack, Frame, Dropbox and Asana to run your show, we’d love for you to be a design partner. Reach out to Sahil at sahil@typo.inc.
*design partner (n.) — a person or team who gets early access to a product and gives their unfiltered thoughts on it.
*typo (n.) — a messenger that runs your show for you. It knows what’s due, who’s late, where the files are, and what the notes were.
